POWER CENTER

CARTA has built several Power Centers collaborating with the most important companies operating in the electricity and industrial plant engineering; just to name a few: Unicredit (Milan), Hospital of Bassano, Cargo Malpensa, CED Tim in Milan, Hospital of Trieste, Hospital of Feltre, New Theater in Vicenza, testing room at Magneti Marelli, etc.

The trained staff perform only machining works, acquiring over the years the experience and expertise required to create customized and exclusive solutions in order to meet the most demanding requirements.

Renewable energies

The power control cabinet is used to distribute and control power for all expected loads in industrial, commercial and similar applications, where operations by unskilled personnel are not foreseen.
The Power Center is a low voltage distribution board, developed for installation in large electrical installations featuring high power, in the presence of remarkable short circuit currents, such as petrochemical plants, steel mills, rolling mills, power plants, cement plants, paper mills, etc.
For this type of equipment, maximum personnel safety, service continuity, easy inspection and maintenance, and, in general, even a small footprint must be guaranteed.

Special machines allow us to process copper plate up to 160 mm as well as cutting, punching and bending.

The screw tightening check, which is important from the electrical and thermodynamic point of view, is carried out with special tightening wrenches (torque wrenches) that are periodically and systematically checked at the laboratory that certifies their correct operation and tolerance. The technician charged with testing operations supervises also the work performed and seals all the screws with paint to provide evidence of the performed check.
